Shipping + Handling

Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

 Returns: Items must be returned back us within 14 days in the original condition in order to receive a full refund. Returns are NOT prepaid. Please contacts info@chanakiradesign.com to request a return or exchanged.

Commissions: We do not issue any refunds for custom illustrations and paintings but do offer 2 free changes before the final design is approved. Any changes required after the final design is confirmed will be charged an editing fee.
